When creating my paintings, enjoy using acrylic and silk paints, and even household paints, but particularly love the rich depth of colour and texture created when working in oils paints.

My paintings are inspired by Wicca and folklore but also feature autobiographical elements, which are often represented using symbols, and I usually spend days researching and writing before embarking on new work.  

I am inspired by Frida Kahlo, Leonora Carrington and Marc Chagall, all of whose work I continually admire.
